Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. sour cream (may substitute buttermilk)
    1 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour, salt, soda, sour cream, bananas and nuts. Mix well. Grease 2 small loaf pans. Pour in mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Bananas can be frozen if not ready to bake yet.
