Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp.salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cream together oil, sugar and eggs; add dry ingredients.
    Add carrots and nuts; add vanilla and mix well with mixer.
    Pour into greased funnel cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
