Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 very ripe bananas
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large can frozen orange juice
    1 large can pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 c. water
    2 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Mash bananas with fork; sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside. Mix orange juice according to directions on can. In large bowl, combine sugar and orange juice with other liquids, except ginger ale. Add bananas and stir. Pour into 2 plastic gallon containers and place in freezer overnight. Let thaw 1 hour before serving. Cut through mixture to remove from container. Pour 1 container into punch bowl; stir until slushy and add 1 quart ginger ale just before serving. Repeat with second gallon.
