Mock Lasagna(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    12 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, broken in bite size pieces
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain well.
    Place in pot and add all ingredients, except noodles and oil.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Cook noodles just until tender; drain and toss in oil.
    Place in pot and fold in cheese and meat mixture.
    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
