Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. white sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
3 tsp. lemon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs for 5 minutes with mixer.
Add next three ingredients to the beaten eggs.
In a separate bowl mix together baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture and beat.
Pour onto greased and floured jelly roll pan and top with chopped walnuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Invert and roll, (hot) in a thin dish towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool.
