Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. flour or 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
    Mix sugar and flour with juice and blend well.
    Add pineapple and cheese.
    Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Combine crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
