Kid'S Free Form Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 to 5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    kosher salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Add flour, salt and cheese to make a stiff dough (add more flour, if needed).
    Knead for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Roll out like pencils (when you roll, make your hands light like a feather) and shape as a pretzel or make the alphabet or whatever your imagination comes up with.
