Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp.vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs and oil; beat well. Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
Beat in zucchini. Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
