Salmon Loaf With Tomato-Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. dry mustard
Tomato-Dill Sauce
Preparation

Flake salmon; discarding skin and bones.
In medium mixing bowl, combine egg and milk, then stir in bread crumbs, green onion, dill weed and dry mustard.
Add flaked salmon and mix thoroughly.
