Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes frozen spinach
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (crumbs)
    2 chopped onions
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    9 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. Romano cheese
Preparation
    Thaw spinach; dry well, then chop. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Roll into small balls (about 1 1/2 inches). Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Can also be frozen before baking. Makes 4 dozen.
