Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 lb. country spareribs
garlic salt
onion salt
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. mustard powdered or prepared
2 c. catsup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Cut ribs into serving pieces and sprinkle generously with garlic and onion salt.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cook 2 hours in electric skillet, adding sauce as needed or bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
Can use a crock-pot but allow 7 to 8 hours for cooking.
