Company Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 skinned and boned chicken breasts
2 pkg. frozen broccoli florets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. white wine
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken until cooked.
Reserve one cup of broth.
Cool and cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Mix together soup, sour cream, broth and wine to make a sauce.
Add chicken, broccoli and mushrooms.
Place in shallow baking dish and top with cheese first and then with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until bread crumbs are brown.
Serve with rice or pasta.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
