Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder and set aside.
    Mix the egg and oil until well blended.
    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring in gradually.
    Fold in the blueberries and pour the batter into greased and floured muffin pans or pans lined with cupcake papers.
