Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Combine eggs, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients.
    Beat until smooth.
    Use 1/2 cup batter for each waffle.
    Bake on hot waffle iron until golden brown.
