Cranberry Crunch Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cranberries
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. flour, unsifted
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. orange juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation

Mix coarsely chopped cranberries, pecans and orange juice in large bowl.
Mix flour and baking powder in bowl.
Add to first mixture.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Batter will be lumpy.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
Makes 48 muffins.
