Cranberry Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. water
    1 can jellied cranberry sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well.
    Reserve juice.
    Add juice and water to Jell-O to dissolve.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in cranberry sauce until smooth.
    Add lemon juice, peel and nutmeg.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Fold in pineapple and nuts.
    Chill.
    Great served with turkey on Thanksgiving.
