Beer Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. beer
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1/2 lemon, sliced thin
Preparation
    Combine the first nine ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in onion and lemon.
    Remove from heat.
    This is the sauce for barbecue ribs! Yields 3 cups.
