Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 ??? saltines
    1/4 c. catsup (4 Tbsp.)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine and mix well.
    Shape into oval patties.
    Place in deep dish.
    Heat 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk and 1 tablespoon butter and garlic (as desired).
    Pour over patties. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    During last 10 minutes, add 2 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained.
