Salad Bar Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. converted rice
Preparation

Cook rice; drain off whatever water is still left on and allow to cool.
Whip the cream and add the sugar.
Drain the pineapple and mix all ingredients together, mixing lightly.
Cover and chill three hours before serving.
