Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat egg whites and vanilla until peaks form.
Set mixer and beat 15 minutes.
Fold in nuts and spoon onto waxed paper on cookie sheet.
Bake 45 minutes at 250\u00b0.
