Fruit Cobbler(From A Good Friend, Ruby Griffin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 stick margarine
    fruit of your choice (berries, peaches, cherries, pears, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together and add milk.
    Melt margarine in a 10 x 15-inch baking dish and add mixture, then add fruit evenly over dish.
    I like peaches, usually two 1 pound butter tubs of frozen or a 29 ounce can.
    Prepare fresh or frozen fruit by adding a half cup of extra sugar and bringing to a boil.
