Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. honey or molasses
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    4 or more c. white unbleached flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix warm water and oatmeal; let set for 15 minutes.
    Mix and dissolve yeast in water.
    Add dissolved yeast mixture.
    Stir in oil, sweetener and salt.
    Mix in wheat flour and 3 cups unbleached flour.
    Add more flour as needed. Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic.
    Let rise; put in 2 loaf pans.
    Let rise again in pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
