Skillet Cajun Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped greens
    1 c. raw long grain rice
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 c. water
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    4 Cajun seasoned catfish fillets (5 oz. each)
Preparation
    Put greens and water in skillet.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover; cook 3 minutes.
    Stir in broth, rice, cumin and thyme.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring once.
    Place fillets on top of rice.
    Cover; cook 10 minutes longer.
    Serve.
