Western Style Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
1 lb. can pork and beans
1 (15 oz.) can baby lima beans
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can large butter beans
1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
Preparation

Drain last 3 cans of beans.
Fry bacon; drain and break into small pieces.
Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper and garlic. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, catsup, bacon, vinegar and beans.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until bubbling and heated through.
Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
This can also be prepared in a crock-pot approximately 3 to 4 hours or until heated thoroughly and bubbling.
