Ray'S Original Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 15 large whole mushrooms
    1 pkg. mild or hot ground sausage
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    2 Tbsp. Dale's steak sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs, seasoned
Preparation
    Cut out stems in mushrooms; chop finely.
    Put aside.
    Brown sausage and crumble.
    Drain well.
    Add to sausage mushrooms stems, garlic, basil, Dale's steak sauce and bread crumbs.
    Mix together well.
    Put a little butter and steak sauce in mushrooms, then stuff with sausage mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Regulate ingredients to your taste.
