Hot Monterey Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. each: chopped green pepper and onion
3 medium tomatoes, cut into eighths
1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation

Cook meat in lightly greased skillet until done (drain well). Add garlic salt, pepper sauce and lemon juice to mayonnaise.
Stir into meat mixture with remaining ingredients, except corn chips. Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with corn chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
