Rice And Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large onions
1 lb. round steak, cubed
1 15 oz. can mixed vegetables
1 15 oz. can tomatoes
2 potatoes, diced
2 Tbsp. curry powder
dash red pepper
4 tsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. rice per serving
Preparation
-
Fry thinly sliced onions in butter until brown. Add curry powder and mix well. Add round steak and brown. Mix in remaining ingredients and turn into large pot. Simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, adding water to keep it boiling and thin. Serve over cooked rice.
