Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    4 Tbsp. cream
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
    1 tsp. grated onion
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. bread crumbs, mixed with 1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of salted water; drain and mash. Beat in cream, butter, onion and brown sugar; add salt and pepper. Place in 8 or 9-inch baking dish. Top with crumbs and almonds. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
