Beef And Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground lean beef
1/3 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can chili without beans
12 frozen tortillas, cooked as directed
1 large onion, grated
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 large can mild enchilada sauce
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet.
Add salt and pepper.
Add can of chili.
Place meat mixture in each tortilla.
Sprinkle onion and cheese over meat and roll up tightly.
Place in an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Pour over enchilada sauce and bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes.
