Celery Loaf(Non-Dairy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. nuts, ground
1 1/2 c. hot skim milk or soy milk
2 tsp. corn or soy oil
1 1/2 c. ground whole wheat bread crumbs
1 onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chicken seasoning
Preparation

Add celery, onion and nuts to milk mixture in mixing bowl. Add whole wheat bread crumbs.
Add salt and bake in oiled pan until done at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
