Molded Cranberry-Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. or 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) raspberry flavor gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. cranberries, chopped coarse
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    4 large outer leaves cabbage
Preparation
    In medium bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved.
    Stir in cold water, sugar and vinegar.
    Chill 1 hour or until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
    Fold in cabbage, cranberries and nuts.
    Pour into 8-cup mold.
    Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
    Unmold on leaves.
    Makes 6 servings.
