Ingredients

2 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
1 c. warm water
Preparation

Mix well and leave out of refrigerator for another 3 to 5 days.
Must be fed again 3 to 5 days.
