Carol'S Chicken Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 onion, cut up
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken or celery soup
1 small can mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
small pkg. toasted almonds
Preparation

Slice chicken very thin; saute with onion in butter for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Add soup, plus water if needed. Add sour cream, almonds and mushrooms. Heat to boiling. Serve over rice or noodles.
