Sweet And Sour Beef Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    few grains black pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 sliced pineapple, cut in pieces
    3 large green bell peppers, cut into 10 to 15 strips lengthwise
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients into 18 meat balls.
    Brown in small amount of oil.
    Drain.
    Combine oil and pineapple juice. Cook over low heat for a few minutes.
    Then add cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar.
    Cook until juice thickens, stirring constantly.
    Add meat balls, pineapple and green peppers.
    Heat through.
    Serve with rice.
