Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
2 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add lemon juice and rind, egg yolks, flour and milk, stirring well.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold in. Pour into baking dish.
Set in pan of hot water and bake for 45 minutes or more.
