Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. canola oil or veggie oil
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy in medium size mixing bowls.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and oil.
Mix until well blended.
Fry in large skillet, lightly oiled.
