Shrimp And Rice Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp
    3 to 4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. fresh large mushrooms, sliced
    cooked rice (white, brown, wild or mixed)
    1 bunch green onions
    Morton's Nature's Seasons
Preparation
    Steam shrimp for 5 minutes until pink.
    Stir-fry mushrooms in olive oil, seasoning with Nature's Seasons.
    Add green onions to mushrooms.
    Combine shrimp (peeled) and cooked rice to mushrooms and onions.
    Mix and season to taste.
