Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. beef stock
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Combine 1 tablespoon flour and salt; dredge meat in mixture. Heat pan.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter.
    When melted, add beef and brown quickly on all sides.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until onion is tender.
    Remove meat and mushrooms to platter.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter to pan drippings. When melted, blend in 3 tablespoons flour.
    Add tomato paste. Slowly pour in cold meat stock.
    Cook and stir until thickened. Return browned meat and mushrooms to pan.
    Stir in sour cream and sherry; heat briefly.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
