Turkey And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooked turkey
    2 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Uncover and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
