Grace'S Pineapple Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 box lemon gelatin
    1 large can evaporated milk (almost frozen)
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and pineapple.
    Cook until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add gelatin.
    Let cool while whipping evaporated milk until it is thick.
    Mix whipped milk with filling and pour into a cooked pie crust.
    Chill.
