Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 yellow crook-neck squash
    1/2 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 hand full crushed Ritz crackers
    milk - enough to mix like mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Boil squash, onion and 1/4 stick butter till tender.
    Drain. Add 1/4 stick butter, egg and handful of crushed Ritz crackers. Add milk to consistency of mashed potatoes.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
