Spiced Walnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tsp. water
2 to 3 c. nuts
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Toss nuts in egg white until coated.
Mix together sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Cover nuts with dry mixture.
Spread into buttered pan.
Toast in oven at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, turning every 10 minutes.
