Chinese Food(Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 bag frozen carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
    8 oz. bamboo shoots
    8 oz. water chestnuts
    1 can chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown chicken breast pieces in 3 tablespoons oil. Brown onions and peppers.
    Cook frozen vegetables mildly.
    Add bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.
    Heat chicken broth and add cornstarch; mix together.
    Salt, pepper, garlic and soy sauce to taste.
