Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baked pie shells
    1 small can pumpkin (plain)
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
    1 large box or 2 small boxes vanilla or butterscotch sugar-free instant pudding mix
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour into bowl the pumpkin, spices, pudding mix (right out of box) and cream cheese.
    Mix well and pour into baked pie shells. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
