Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic
    2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Saut olive oil, chopped onions and garlic.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, basil, salt and pepper.
    Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
    Cook lasagna noodles (drain).
    Mix in bowl Ricotta cheese with parsley and oregano, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    In a 13 x 9-inch oblong pan, layer ingredients, starting and ending with the sauce.
