Tortellini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Schiavo tortellini (cheese or meat)
    1 pt. half and half
    2 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    8 oz. ham slice, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen baby peas
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook tortellini as directed on package.
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Add ham.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Reserve liquid.
    Remove ham and mushrooms.
    Make Alfredo Sauce with reserved liquid, half and half and Parmesan cheese.
    Add peas, ham and mushrooms.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add tortellini.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Serve.
