Peanut Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. white Karo syrup
3 c. raw shelled peanuts
1 c. whole milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Boil sugar, Karo, peanuts and milk together to soft ball stage.
The peanuts will crackle and pop.
Add remaining ingredients, cool and beat until it will hold it's shape.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a buttered pan to harden.
