Corned Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tin corned beef
Preparation
    Cut onion and brown in hot fat.
    Add beans and tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Break beef into small chunks.
    Add to mixture and cook 5 minutes more.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serves 4.
