Cajun Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, scrubbed clean
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning (Luzianne cajun seasoning)
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 stick butter
    large baking dish
Preparation
    Dice and cook potatoes; drain.
    Saute diced onions with paprika.
    Add lots of chopped fresh parsley.
    Salt and pepper. Toss over cooked potatoes.
    Serve hot as side dish.
