Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 large egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
Beat egg lightly and add milk; stir into dry ingredients. Stir in yogurt.
Yields about 10 pancakes.
